Volunteer Hours

Each family at St. Nicholas School is required to participate in 40 hours of volunteer service to the school.  There are many ways for parents to get involved.

 

Volunteer Opportunities

• Volunteer in your child(ren)’s classroom

• Spend lunch with our Celtics and volunteer for yard duty

• Volunteer to chair or assist on one of the many PTG (Parent-Teacher-Group) committees

 

SCRIP Participation

St. Nicholas School families support the school financially by participating in our SCRIP program. SCRIP is an important third-party fundraiser generating over $30,000 annually. Electronic or physical gift cards purchased by families and used for everyday purchases earn a percentage that is given back to St. Nicholas School. There are hundreds of participating SCRIP vendors, including grocery stores, retail stores, restaurant chains, gas stations, hotel chains, airlines, and many others. Just by shopping as you ordinarily do, St. Nicholas School benefits tremendously.
